Crazy 4 Challenges - C4C183 New Beginnings

This card was made for Crazy 4 Challenges with the theme "New Beginnings."

I love this background paper and selected colors to match the paper which I don't usually do.

Sadly I don't know the name of the paper because I buy 12 x 12 double sided scrapbook paper and then cut it into 4 x 6 sections and then file it.  The backside of the paper is blue polka dot.
